Hello everyone! My name is Alana and I love being in the kitchen. Growing up, the Food Network station was my go to whenever the television was turned on. There was just something about the art of cooking that I enjoyed, and I knew someday I’d step foot into the kitchen and apply all that I’ve learned over the years to my own dishes. That’s exactly what I’ve been doing, and I can’t wait to share what I’ve learned with you all! I grew up in New York and recently moved to California, raised by my family that were born in Guyana. If you are not familiar with the West Indian cuisine; we don’t go easy on spices! The flavors and aroma in your kitchen will surely have everyone asking for seconds. After catering for many years in New York City, it is an honor to continue this journey here with you all in California!
